Submissions
Submission Preparation Checklist
All submissions must meet the following requirements.
- The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
- Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
- The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
- The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.
- The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor). Submit the same paper to more than one journal at the same time. This is known as simultaneous or concurrent submission and is considered as an unethical practice. This is because it leads to a waste of academic and scientific resources as two or more journals would spend time and money on carrying out the same tasks.
- We usually take an average of 20 days for the full editorial process. You have to wait till the editorial decision making process is over at one journal. If your paper is rejected, you can submit it to another journal.
