Yes. All submissions undergo double-blind peer review where both authors and reviewers remain anonymous during evaluation.

How long does the review process take?

Initial editorial screening usually starts within a few days. Full peer review and editorial decision generally take 2–4 weeks depending on reviewer availability and revision rounds.

Is there any submission fee?

No. Authors are not charged during submission. Payment is requested only after final acceptance.

What is the publication fee?

The Article Processing Charge (APC) is USD 100 per accepted manuscript. This covers peer review management, DOI registration, formatting, and open access publication.

Does payment guarantee publication?

No. Editorial acceptance is completely independent of payment. Only accepted manuscripts receive payment instructions.

Will my article receive a DOI?

Yes. Every published article receives a DOI for permanent identification and citation.

What copyright do authors keep?

Authors retain copyright while granting first publication rights to the journal. Articles are published under Creative Commons licensing.

Can authors share published articles?

Yes. Authors may deposit published articles in repositories, personal websites, institutional archives, and academic networks with proper citation.

Does IJIER provide reviewer certificates?

Yes. Reviewers receive formal recognition certificates after successful review completion. Outstanding reviewers may also be listed publicly in reviewer recognition pages.

How can I become a reviewer?

Does IJIER check plagiarism?

Yes. All manuscripts are screened before peer review using plagiarism detection tools and editorial verification.

How are accepted papers published?

IJIER follows continuous publication (publish-as-you-go). Accepted articles are published online immediately after final processing.
