This paper discusses the importance of quality management in confirming the success of every herbs industry business in Malaysia. The research paper to be focused issues on identifying and removing the causes of errors in the production line. The reason of choosing this topic because to ensure the product can be marketed success throughout Malaysia and global.There will be lot of activities; systems, procedure and regulation need to be fulfilled. Many things need to be done by entrepreneurs to produce quality products. Besides that Deming’s theory management especially stresses improving quality for sustainability in productivity will be used in this research paper. This concept paper will benefit to all Malaysian entrepreneurs that involve in herbs industry.
