        Abstract

        In this article, we present a method—developed by David Sokoloff—that simultaneously supports maintaining students’ attention and motivation, while also promoting a deeper understanding of physical phenomena. Although Sokoloff originally applied the method at the college level, we adapt and demonstrate its use in secondary and primary school settings. In addition, we share a selection of experiments along with accompanying worksheets and teacher guides tailored to the method.
